If you wish to return an item - you are responsible for paying the shipment of your returned item. If you wish to complete a return - it must be done within 30 days from confirmed receipt of the item.
For Fashion Items - The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all the tags and original packaging in tact. If the item does not arrive in the before stated condition, we reserve the right to decline refunds and/or store credit. This includes if the customer believes the item is faulty.
For Jewelry Items - We do not honor returns as there is no way of telling whether or not the item was worn by the purchaser. However, we do want to ensure you are happy with your purchase and will work through any issues you have with a piece. Although we do our best to package items securely, stones and/or beads can come loose in transit. Things of this nature can be easily repaired and we can walk you through if this happens with any piece you purchase.
For Custom Designed Pieces - We do not honor returns for any of our custom designed products. Please be sure to review your submission and/or quote prior to the product being purchased.
